Strength & Love

When a man does what he wants and can see the key in life, 

When his feet move with purpose and his thoughts are clear, 

When grip on the trophy strengthens with every beam of light, 

When he holds his head up high, 

When at home and in life, 

When his heart mends with the simplest touch, 

When he's found his mind and sees his life ahead of him, 

When friends are greater than ever before, 

When mother forgives and father a wonderful cause, 

When brothers and sisters have faith, 

When their worship is on the right path, 

When you choose a road that is straight and narrow, 

When your son carries you in your life, 

When your father lays his hand on your beautiful mind, 

When the bond of them both travels to your soul, 

When it ignites a wisdom of sight, 

When your fingers clutch flowers in the garden. 

You're able to do with the key as you please, 

And open the great door, 

Your feet rise from the ground as does your head, 

Your wounds are healed by his touch, 

And sleep comes within your bed, 

Your home is love, 

Your heart is strong, 

Your friend is your friend, 

Your mind is yours, 

Your mother and father are with you, 

They are the seed and the new shoot, 

And your brother and sister follow the same road, 

When you see what I see infront of me, 

You long to touch it with every finger, 

You see a gift,  

Something that opens the world to love. 

The truth is...

The truth is

The truth always prevails, 

In God we trust, 

And In life courage is a must! 

Evil is recognised

And swiped aside, 

Like a feather to the dust, 

We relinquish the rust!

The measure of a man, 

Is not what he does for himself, 

But, what he does for someone else, 

Out of the goodness of his heart, 

In life, we got to play this part, 

There is an art to life, 

Its called loving kindness, 

From the depths of your soul, 

You've got to control the evil within, 

Break it, crush it, fight the power of sin, 

The wonder of life is the gift it will bring, 

I've been through to hell, 

I've got a story to tell, 

Now I know where I'm headed, 

I'm heaven bound and my feet are grounded and bedded. 

The truth is 

We've got to show remorse, 

In inner strength there is absolute force, 

The force of will, 

The strength of character and guts, 

The heart overcomes all ifs and buts. 

In hesitation to realise you're wrong, 

This is Weakness and for good you're gone! 

The truth is 

The truth looks you in the face with silence and knows, 

Humble, meek, with strength beyond strength, 

No bragging or boasting, 

No to the devil be toasting, 

No two faces, but a straight clear road, 

If you step off it you will be told, 

Cut to the chase, 

The truths face you will face. 

Don't play the righteous card, 

When you're not righteous, 

To be the ace, 

You've got to see the face,

Of Truth and back down! 

Else be annihilated as man,

you're not a boy, 

Only be inebriated with love and joy, 

The truth is

There is always hope, 

Admit your ways and change, 

Change for good! 

Like a boy in the hood, 

Who went the wrong way, 

There is another day, 

No more lies, no more games, 

No more frames or blames, 

The spirit within does rise above it all, 

Its not the best who wins, 

Its the test that brings, 

Character out into daylight, 

And we see your true fight! 

Champions are made from stern stuff, 

Hard to crack, you've got mine, I've got your back! 

A friend in need is a friend indeed! 

Untouchable in honesty, 

Unbreakable in trust, 

The thrust of the truth is, 

Is the crux of the matter, 

If you don't get it, 

Your dreams will shatter, 

Starting fresh is a good thing, 

Change of heart and a change of mind, 

You'll see a new life, with new eyes of a beautiful kind! 

Respect 💪🏻

Respect is being humble, 

Respect is being grateful, 

Respect is action, 

Not just words in transaction!

Respect is selfless, 

Respect is courteous, 

Respect is strong mentality, 

Not bullying, cowardice or brutality.

Respect is positive, not a negative way of living, its a practical and accepting method of giving. It's not taking and using or abusing, its polite, its welcoming and its helping, and it's choosing winning and it's never losing.

Being the best is a test of pride, does your ego expand or do you let humility stride? Fore nobody is perfect, nobody is king, we all have weakness, we all have limitations, respect is the greatest of qualifications!

Go forth with courage and love in your heart, but from arrogant pride steer clear and far apart.

Accept respect and not a self centred self, rejection comes from a natural selection in stealth. I need peace in my mind and comfort inside, I back off from people who do not abide, by a code of conduct I conduct myself by, as parasites, aggression, filthy narcissistic obsession, is the opposite to my own personal progression!

That all said and done, its very simple at heart, its an action, its a value, its a noble art! Treat people the way you want to be treated! In this way respect will never be defeated! 

Battered and Fried (The Opposition)

This B team woz

Bragging n boasting,

Its us who was hosting,

In our manor and our land! 

The arrogance, the nerve, 

This behaviour, I could not understand!

The game began, 

They looked mediocre at best, 

A battle royal, a royal rumble, 

Now I thought, their ready to crumble, 

We went ahead in humility, 

They wouldn't pass their test! 

With strength WE did the rest! 

Fired up, they got robust,

Our team hard as nails feathered the dust! .. shook off the rust! 

Our Goals rippled the net

Goal after goal,

13 in all.. unlucky for some!

Their heads went down, 

The mind games had ended! 

They lacked heart and fight, 

They gave up, they surrendered! 

They weeped and cursed, and lost, 

Victory is sweet when its a win at all cost! Now the moral of this tail is the humble will win, we got through it, through the thick and the thin! 

Ride to Paradise

I fell off my bike, 

Perpetual motion, 

Not a clue, not a notion, 

Left unharmed, unscathed

I stood upright, 

By God I was saved. 

Fear not, 

With God's angels with me, 

and new bike I will travel, 

To Heaven from Home, 

I have life to unravel. 

3 friends were there, 

1 had my back, 

The sun warm and breeze cool, 

I panicked, felt under attack. 

But, I smile and laugh now, 

About lessons from life, 

I ride with God

up the ladder of Divine Ascent, 

passed those demons

Its the wheel that hell bent. 

The wheel of life, 

I Must keep going, 

Keep peddling, 

Keep striving, 

With the Word that Im riding. 

Nothing by accident, 

Nothing by chance, 

Its all there infront of me, 

All to enhance. 

The wheel of life, 

Its The Cross that I bear, 

I fly with my bike, 

With safety and care. 

I touch the stars, 

Its Heaven I need, 

Fear not friends, 

The Word will succeed! 

Destiny

We've got a story to tell, 

Now we know each other well, 

We can express and confess, 

That hardship and stress. 

Mentality is hard to understand, 

Go to the root of life, 

The seed of the trauma, 

Speak out and

nurture the flora and the fauna.

Like a plant we grow with love and respect,

And flourish with calm kindness and not neglect,

We've got to learn from each other, 

With less ignorance and you'll find, 

Broaden your horizons with an open heart and open mind, 

Understanding will lead the way, 

To a life without isolation, 

And a beautiful day. 

Bi polar, Schizophrenia, Depression and Anxiety, 

Autism & Aspergers and all matter of variety, 

Alcoholism, Drugs, this is the Mentality of society, 

Its not unusual, so accept our brains, 

Accept us as people without stigmatised chains. 

Don't look down, 

On us as individuals, 

We dont want to be pitied or feared, 

We're just like you, 

With fight, flight and freeze, 

We've been hurt too much, 

So calm down and take ease, 

don't push us away as 

This causes the battle, 

The adult is created from the baby rattle, 

Crush the stigma and unite and fight, 

Every colour, creed and sex have inner sight! 

Metaphorical blindness kills the joy, 

We're all one in God's eyes, 

So lets employ, 

strength and intensity, 

With our intellectual immensity, 

Humility and a loving power, 

The ingredients of success,

I must stress, 

That utilising the best of each other, 

The ideas, the implementation, 

The business man and the poet, 

the artist, the rapper for those who don't know it, 

the chef and the gardener, 

The nurse and musician, 

The nutritionist... by his own fruition! 

The fitness instructor and psychologist and all the rest, 

These are some of the blessed and best who have passed the literal test! 

One team, one ethic! 

Brothers and sisters in life! 

Love you for being you! 

In life follow not your fear, 

Its your dreams you pursue! 

GOD

For seeing us through this tribulation, 

For being with us in the isolation, 

For lightening the heavy weight on our back, 

For being our rock and giving when we lack. 

For giving us the strength when we are weak, 

For carrying us over the pandemics peak, 

For breaking the chains and building the bridge, 

For necessities and stocking our very fridge! 

Life is good as your goodness is unending, 

you never change your mind, 

you are unbending, 

what you say you always do, 

you bless our life,

the old and the new.

My best friend is you dear God, 

as you never give up and never give up on me!  

You enhance my life and you let me be! 

Thank you dear God,

For the genius of the scientific mind, 

For giving us the Truth when others are blind, 

For finding the cure when we cling to hope, 

For raising our spirit when we cannot cope, 

For raising the dead and bringing them peace, 

For giving them rest and an eternal new lease,

For the bright light of your beautiful Sun, 

For feeling loss in life and knowing we've won, 

For the kindness and warmth of human kind, 

For me being the one who was lost and you who helped me to find!

Life is light even in the darkest days,

You are the light of the light, 

the best of ways, 

You are the bright candle in a blacked out home, 

you are the sweetest word in this land, as you have the miraculous and the wonderment of life in your hand! 

You give to us abundantly with open palm, 

honestly and sincerely, 

with love and never harm. 

Giving that which we need to live on Earth, 

from conception through to birth, 

and into life we grow with you,

you are my loving God and you help me get through! 

Surviving

We're people,
Forced to change our lives,
Some walk, some sing, some write rhymes.
We all must adapt,
Adjust and cope,
This is the only way,
We must have hope.

The strong will survive,
The weak may die,
While we're still alive,
We must survive!
Others may break down,
We might sob with tears,
The uncertainty, the doubt, the fears, but
We must keep going,
We must!

We will get through it,
Bit by bit,
Step by step,
We fight.

The dust settles,
Normality arrives,
We'll see the enormity of its effect,
On those who are still alive,
The ones who make it through the cold.

The naked and vulnerable,
will be left standing,
This wolf wants to kill us,
But, reacting with stealth,
This wolf is speared straight through the jugular!

This world is wrong,
Respect has gone,
But, we have a code!
A code of patience and truth.
The code will not be broken,
We are not wild,
We are survivors!

This environment,
Inhospitable and unknown,
We've overcome and grown,
Still holding our shield,
It was survive or die,
The enemy has been killed.

We have battle wounds,
We have stories to tell,
We have memories of being unwell.

Now with new resolve,
Life begins.

The League

They taunt us, harass us, cuss us and slap us, they big up and bully us in the aim to break us, but we rise and ride with skill and poise, to deflect and respect this opposition of void. We caress the ball on the slick pitch, we battered their mind, by being kind, by winning the game with the internal flame, inner strength defeats the defeated, I repeat, we are also from the street, we are true friends, we are winners from the heart, we played them off pitch with the noble art!!

This Is Hope

When a tiny leaf starts to grow,
When flower buds begin to form and show,
When the roots of a sapling take up the earth,
When a sheep lays down to give new birth,
This is Hope!

When your Cross is carried and it is worn,
When sacred words are uttered and are sworn,
When Holy water touches your very head,
When we pray before going to sleep in our bed,
This is Hope!

Beautiful words spoken from His lips like a perfect picture being painted carry us to Heaven, while our feet are still on the ground.
The Light dazzles our eyes and beams within our soul,
As the Spirit inside us is woken, we are alive.

From birth an Angel of the Lord is with us,
we are shielded with their wings.
With Faith,
we learn,
With Grace,
we grow to love The Creator and Sustainer of the entire universe.

Hope made us from the earth on which we live,
He was born in humility to show us the way,
Hope taught us that to receive is to give,
He showed us what to do and what to say,
Hope met the Tree of Life and died for our salvation,
He was resurrected in victory!
Hope is before Genesis and after Revelation.
Hope carries us for eternity!

His Insurmountable Strength and His unending Love is what gives us strength and gives us love.
His Unfailing Word, His Armour, His Shield, is what protects and reasssures us in our darkest days and lowest nights. We are given Hope by Hope Himself that we enter a place of peace and rest with Him, in this lifetime and in Paradise.

I say receive His body and His blood,
When baptised with The Spirit and the fire, 
He delivers us from pestilence, famine and flood,
You'll recieve your complete hearts desire.
Pray and He will be there,
Listen to what The Truth says!
So have no worry or care,
You will have Glorious days!

The Rose 🌹

Amidst death and decay,
exists a rose, that everyone knows, yet avoids, these days.
The rose is golden, sumptuously sweet smelling with curled petals.
So beautiful, it scares people, they cannot understand why it lives and how it survives.
People want to rebel and fight it, they succumb to hatred.

The light shines on this rose, and it glows in the light, showing its colours and giving the power it holds. The true nature of this flower will never be known. Unless we become one with it, in our heart, our mind and our soul, it vanishes.

There once was a time when it mattered, I believe. Not just fleeting on the lips, but in our nerves, our blood and our brains. I would have laid my life down for my friend, now they lay down their weapons and just sleep. Dazed, confused, they watch as life passes them.

Zeal for the rose is what is needed, the thorn in the flesh to prick them back to life, drawing blood if necessary. The root of the problem lies in lies. Only the Truth holds the soil in its hands, the soil is the beginning of life and is where all things go back to.

The Sun Arises

The beauty of Light speaks to me,
letting me know the Good News to come.

How on Earth can there be just death, sadness and terror? A bleak life?

How can beauty not be seen in the created?

How does untainted love occur without the ultimate example?

A child alone sees things with innocent eyes, and sees the Truth.
Even the cells that bind our very bodies together with the strength of the Trinity are shaped like The Cross.
The Truth is staring us in the face and we refuse to see it?
Indeed!

"Glory to God for the genius of the human mind!"
"Glory to God for the beauty and the manifestation of the unfathomable force of the laws of the universe!"
"Glory to God for you have broken the power of the spirit of darkness, and have doomed to annihilation every kind of evil!"

Glory to You for giving us humility in our hearts,
fore the wonderment that surrounds us is a reflection of You.
The abundance of colours, tastes, textures and fragrances, the millions of creatures,
the blades of grass, flowers and trees, and fruits they bare.
The seas and mountains and valleys, and the goodness that envelopes the human heart.
It's all because of you dear Lord, and I thank you, I cherish today, tomorrow and always, as you are with me in every good thing and in every good way.
